  1. Drain the cannellini beans and place in a blender with the paprika, cumin and olive oil.
  2. Juice the lemon and add the blender.
  3. Crush the garlic and add to the blender.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Cut the vegetables into sticks.
  6. Cut the Lebanese bread into wedges.
  7. Serve the dip, vegetables and Lebanese bread on a platter.
Recipe Notes

Variations

Make crunchy Lebanese bread dippers by preheating the oven to 180C. Spread the bread out on a baking tray and bake for about 10 minutes until they are crunchy. Allow to cool before serving
