Instructions
  1. Trim visible fat from meat
  2. Spray a non-stick pan lightly with olive oil
  3. Heat the pan to a medium heat
  4. Pan fry steak for approximately 6 minutes on each side. (if your meat is thicker, it may require longer cooking time)
  5. Use a fresh chopping board to peel and cut your vegetables.
  6. Place vegetables in a steamer and steam for around 10mins, remove when tender (see note).
  7. Serve steak with vegetables, Enjoy!

Fast and Healthy tips!

  • A tip on steaming vegetables: Hard vegetables such as carrots may require additional cooking time, whereas softer vegetables such as zucchini will only require 3-4 mins of steaming.
