Instructions
- Drain the cannellini beans and place in a blender with the paprika, cumin and olive oil.
- Juice the lemon and add the blender.
- Crush the garlic and add to the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Cut the vegetables into sticks.
- Cut the Lebanese bread into wedges.
- Serve the dip, vegetables and Lebanese bread on a platter.
Recipe Notes
Variations
Make crunchy Lebanese bread dippers by preheating the oven to 180C. Spread the bread out on a baking tray and bake for about 10 minutes until they are crunchy. Allow to cool before serving
