Pan fry steak for approximately 6 minutes on each side. (if your meat is thicker, it may require longer cooking time)
Use a fresh chopping board to peel and cut your vegetables.
Place vegetables in a steamer and steam for around 10mins, remove when tender (see note).
Serve steak with vegetables, Enjoy!

A tip on steaming vegetables: Hard vegetables such as carrots may require additional cooking time, whereas softer vegetables such as zucchini will only require 3-4 mins of steaming.
