Marinade

garlic
crushed

cinnamon

all spice

lemon juice
Instructions
Combine marinade ingredients together, add lamb and leave to marinade for at least 10 minutes
Spread hummus evenly across 4 wraps
Top with tabouli and sliced tomato
Spray non stick pan with olive oil and grill lamb for ~10-15 mins each side (depending on thickness)
Slice lamb into thin slices and place on top of tomato
Roll up the wraps, and enjoy!
